Our experience designing Indianapolis’ Hubbard and Cravens Coffee Shops led Rottmann Collier Architects to design several new White Bison Coffee shops in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Since 2016, Rod Collier has been working with Tri-Star Energy to design warm and inviting spaces that serve delightful, high-quality coffee and cuisine at several locations across Tennessee and Alabama.

The White Bison/Twice Daily integrated stores have won “Best Store Design Award” in 2021 and the design was featured in CStore Decisions magazine.
