Rod Collier flew to Florida for a quick design consultation before this jet-setting friend bought and renovated this condo.  It didn't hurt the design process that Rod and Chad had been great friends for a very long time; that familiarity as friends allowed for the design to evolve very quickly and get renovations started immediately.  This condo has become a great getaway retreat for Chad, his friends, and his parents.
