A restoration of one of Indianapolis’ oldest downtown neighborhoods encompassing 26 city blocks and over 160 acres. As Master Architect, Todd Rottmann served on the neighborhood planning committee, created five original prototype home plans, developed all townhome layouts, crafted dozens of custom homes, designed 9 live+work condominium units, and served on the Architectural Control Committee. This involvement from the project’s inception ensured that all construction respected the historic precedents and conformed to the new design guidelines.
