Knocking down doors

Season 4, Episode 12 of HGTV’s Good Bones once again brought Todd and Rod onto the screen as part of the demolition crew. With Austin leading the charge on the extremely hot and humid day, we had a great time with the team.

This mattress smelled far worse than it looked as Todd and Rod dragged it to the dumpster.

The inside of the duplex was once again filled with debris, furniture, appliances (and the usual poop).

Todd and Rod not only helped Karen collect her “salvaged finds”, but also pushed down a wall that was made of doors.

It took a few attempts, but the three amigos toppled the wall right over.

We seem to salvage a lot of historic doors on nearly every 2 Chicks and a Hammer jobsite, so it was great to see that Karen was able to reuse the doors on one of the walls as a decorative feature.

Karen and Mina once again used our office as the backdrop of their “design warehouse” for this episode. They are welcome in our office any time- for filming or beer:30!
